CREME FRAICHE CAKE

IF YOU DONT LIKE THIS, SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOU.....*PREHEAT 325...lightly butter a 9 inch springform pan and wrap the outside of the pan with aluminum foil....set pan inside a roasting pan, to make a water bath...simmer chocolate and espresso, stir till smooth...let cool, stir in creme fraiche....whip eggs, salt & sugar till they hold their shape....fold half of whipped eggs into choco mixture, fold in remaining eggs...scrape batter into pan, add warm water to roasting pan...Bake for 50min, should be soft in the center...lift cake from water bath and cool.
