After trying various mediums, a charcoal rub turns out to be the best way for me to sketch this marble statue at the sculpture court at the Metropolitan Museum. Like everything else, the more you draw, the more you know. It gets easier by choosing the tools to express the image. The wonderful thing is that there is something new to learn no matter how much you already know.

After trying various mediums, a charcoal rub turns out to be the best way for me to sketch this marble statue at the sculpture court at the Metropolitan Museum.
