SNOWY MORNINGS

pink sunrise, from my desk
The wonder of it all. No matter how many pink sunrise I've seen, a bit of snow can turn everything magical. Adding my deer sketch onto this morning sketch is just a few clicks on photoshop. From breezy informality of a quick sketch to a new winter design. Love these productive morning.

NATURE INSPIRED

We have a day of snow on the first day of spring, last weekend. A deer wander into my view. ..

I kind of like my little sketch of the deer.

Wind up spending the day doodling with swirls & winter vines. This might be my last winter design for awhile.

DEERS FROM MY YARD

I hope we are done with winter & snow. It sure has been a long winter. On the plus side, the long winter gives me more time & inspiration to work on new winter designs. The idea for a new winter deer illustration came from ...

FROZEN TUNDRA

Everything is frozen this week. This does not stop visiting reindeers to my garden. Lots of action at the bird feeder!

SNOWSCAPE

The snow began in the night & it fell steadily all day, wrapping the house in a soft mantle. Aside from making a batch of christmas cookies, while listening to the radio, I got to work up a finish illustration. By adding the reindeer, it tells a better story. Hope this new design gets some license deal for 2013....HAPPY HOLIDAY!
