Way too nice to be in my studio. With the magic of photoshop, I manage to create a few new designs for the day...off for the day! These images are from my sketchbooks.Inspirations and sketches from my studio in the Catskill Mountain. The solitude of my Artist Retreat compels me to keep exploring, seeing, experimenting, and painting all the picturesque quality outside my window.

SNOWY NOCTURNE

INTERESTING VIEW
Nothing like a bit of snow, to see something interesting out my window. I've been spending most of my focus on this HOUSE PORTRAIT for a commission. I'm using egg tempera & it's a very slow process. A quick pastel makes for a nice break. It helps to really get to know your art supply. For me, choosing the right medium can express exactly how I feel at the moment.
